The Fisherman Depot 360˚ Guarantee protects you when you purchase items sold on fishermandepot.com. Our guarantee covers both the timely delivery and condition of the items. You can contact us if there are any problems with the delivery or condition of the items received and our team will determine if you are eligible for a refund.

You may be eligible to request a refund under our 360˚ Guarantee if any of the following apply:

  1. You have not received your package and three (3) days have passed since the maximum estimated delivery date or the tracking shows a delivery confirmation whichever is sooner.
  2. You received an order that is different than expected, or the items have been damaged or are defective.
  3. You returned your item using tracked shipping method and you have not received a refund.

You have up to 30 days after the maximum estimated delivery date to request a refund under the 360˚ guarantee.

This 360˚ guarantee does not cover digital items, payments for services and stored value instruments. Additionally, if you file a chargeback with your payment provider or bank, you will not be eligible for a refund under the 360˚ guarantee.

This guarantee applies only to purchases made on the Fisherman Depot website.
